Great amenities like a hot tub, fitness studio, and outdoor heated swimming pool. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a mini fridge for convenience. The staff were incredibly attentive and the experience was peaceful and relaxing.

The staff were accommodating. The bed was nice. The breakfast was perfect and the food was delicious. The location is magnificent and stunning, close to Majestic Theatre, the river walk, restaurants, and San Antonio.

The views from my suite at Holiday Inn San Antonio-Riverwalk were absolutely stunning, especially from the hot tub overlooking the river. The King Balcony Riverview Road suite provided a perfect setting to bask in the San Antonio air and relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was superb, with the Riverwalk and popular attractions right at the doorstep, making exploration effortless. the 24/7 Mugg's Cafe was a convenient pit stop for delicious fresh baked goods and light meals, perfect for my on-the-go schedule.

I wish there were clearer directions out the backdoor to the Riverwalk.

The Windows on the River Lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of business or sightseeing on the Riverwalk. Treat yourself at the 24/7 cafe, it's not like I needed to watch my figure anyway. A fun Texas adventure awaits at this hotel, just be prepared to spend some money on dining and shopping, not that I mind.

Oh, and don't forget the lovely surprise of the payment for parking added to my bill. How thoughtful!

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic for exploring the Riverwalk. Our room was incredibly clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower provided nice hot water, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine in our room. We even discovered a microwave in the lobby that we made good use of. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was mind-blowing! The pancakes, bacon, and omelets were absolutely delicious, and the views from the restaurant's windows made the experience even more jaw-dropping. We also treated ourselves to a dip in the hot tub, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff at this hotel were beyond helpful and polite throughout our stay, which added to our already amazing experience. In terms of the amenities offered, we didn't use everything but we did enjoy the small coffee area across from the check-in desk where we purchased coffee. The coffee itself was fair, but the young lady working there was super nice. This hotel was conveniently located close to all the downtown entertainment, making it the perfect base for our adventures.
